About the Role
The Tenant Liaison Officer will ensure the smooth running of projects relating to tenants and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. The role will involve regular travel to other sites around the Aberdeen area and therefore a driver’s license is essential.
You will be responsible for a diverse set of administrative tasks including:
- scheduling meetings and appointments
- dealing with all levels of management
- liaising with tenants on a regular basis
- preparing and sending letters
- taking calls
- coordinating with the delivery team on progress and disputes
You will have the ability to perform the role with decisiveness and accuracy and can organise, prioritise, and coordinate administration and office procedures. You will demonstrate an ability to use your own initiative and problem-solving skills. You should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to handle administrative duties accurately. Good communication skills both written and verbal and a polite manner when dealing with dispute resolution are a must.
