Contracts Manager

We offer complete construction services ranging from Principal Contractor on major projects to supplying individual trades as required.

About the Role

You will manage the process of systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimising risk.

  • Manage contracts made with customers, vendors, or partners
  • Negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions
  • Documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution

About You

You will have previously worked as a contracts manager with several years’ experience in a similar role in the construction industry. You will be detail-oriented, with commercial awareness and an ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment. You must hold a valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.
