Transform have introduced a new apprenticeship programme commencing in August, a key milestone to support continued growth of the business across the North East.
Transform are committed to investing in the talent of tomorrow and are pleased to be introducing this new apprenticeship programme. The opportunities will initially be for Joinery and Painting roles, with each running for a 4-year period and include both on the job training and attending college through NESCol.
The programme will develop over the next 5-years, introducing additional trade apprenticeship and graduate roles.

Apprenticeship: Joiner
- Minimum of 2x National 5 (must include Maths and one other) plus craft subject(s)
Apprenticeship: Painter
- Minimum National 4 in English, Maths and craft subject(s).
