Project Overview

Transform recently worked with Fonthill to refurbish one of the company’s properties in the west end of Aberdeen.

The refurbishment of 23 Carden Place was a project with both internal and external works, including a minor internal demolition of non-load bearing partitions to form an open office space. Additional works on this project consisted of replacement light fittings throughout, replacement of all floor coverings, and a full decoration of the space. Externally, works included cleaning of the granite façade, roof repairs, maintenance to the windows and doors, and cleaning up the garden at the front and the car park at the rear.

Transform worked with Peterson to refurbish their office at Waterloo Quay, Aberdeen.

Robert Gordon University

Transform are currently working with RGU to replace the curtain walling on the annex of Garthdee House.

Pure Gym

As part of their expansion strategy in Scotland Pure Gym opened 30 gyms this year to take its total up to 90 .

Mental Health Aberdeen

Transform provided construction works for the fit-out of 20,000 sqft for the Press and Journal's new home in the Marischal Square Development.

Aberdeen City Council

As part of an upgrade to six high-rise residential properties owned by Aberdeen City Council, Transform replaced the entrance doors in 430 properties with new, one-hour fire doors.

Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce

After a year of their working from home AGCC were looking to transform their space
