We are committed to ensuring health and safety is considered in everything we do.

RoSPA Silver Award

We’re proud recipients of the RoSPA Silver award, a recognition of our commitment to health and safety across the business and our long-term commitment to raising health and safety standards.

We are delighted to have achieved the RoSPA Silver Award. Safety is one of our core values, we work closely with our colleagues and clients to build a safe, sustainable future for the business.

Creating a Safe Space

To support our employees, partners, clients, and sub-contractors, we’ve created Safe Space.

This innovative initiative ensures we all understand our responsibilities and rights in the workplace. We work closely with our colleagues, clients, stakeholders, and supply chains to build a safe, sustainable future for the business. Together, we create a safe environment to work.

We ensure our employees know about hazards and dangers, providing information, training, instruction, and supervision on how to work safely. Our workplace health and safety procedures are implemented company-wide. As part of this, we make sure employees have, wear, and use the right protective equipment (PPE) as well as ensure we do everything reasonable in the circumstances to protect workers from being hurt or receiving a work-related illness.

Championing Health & Safety

For each project, we appoint a health and safety manager who is directly responsible to the Board of Directors for effectively managing health and safety at their site. These managers all hold trade and safety qualifications aligned to Construction Industry Training Board standards.

Our policies and Safe Systems of Work guide our actions throughout a project and are regularly reviewed and audited in-house and by third-party assessors. We use Achilles as our main accreditation body for systems not covered by ISO. Through Achilles, we have achieved enhanced accreditation in two schemes under their banner: FPAL and UVDB.
